Convenient Flax Seed Oil Liquid

Flax Seed Oil contains high concentrations of important Omega-3 (including alpha-linolenic acid) and Omega-6 fatty acids. These essential fatty acids (dubbed "essential" because the body cannot manufacture them on its own) play many roles, including having a major impact on the production of prostaglandins, supporting healthy triglyceride levels in the blood, insulating nerves and helping to maintain normal cholesterol levels.

Flax seed oil contains the highest level of alphalinolenic acid of any known plant source. It also contains high levels of lignans, active polysaccharides that have anti-estrogenic, antioxidative, antiviral, antibacterial and anti-tumor properties. Studies show that lignans may possess impressive preventive properties and offer immune-system support.
