Did you know that you have one of the easiest forms of personal health evaluation right in front of you every time you look in the mirror? That"s right, your eyes! Every time you get up in the morning, brush your hair, brush your teeth, or put on your make-up, you have an opportunity to determine the state of your health. Iridology is the study of the iris of the eye to determine strengths and weaknesses in your body. By looking at the lines, spots, and other markings within your iris, you can determine where chemicals and preservatives, as well as heavy metals and other by-products, have been deposited in your body. You can determine where there is inflammation and pain. You can also determine which organs are functioning optimally and which are not. By looking at the colors in your iris, such as yellow, orange, and brown, you can determine which state your body is in. Does your body need to be stimulated, strengthened, or cleansed? And if so, for how long? By looking at dark areas in your iris and locating the areas on the "Iridology Chart" developed by Bernard Jensen, DC, PhD, ND, you can determine which areas of your body are weak and not functioning optimally. Once you"ve determined this, what is the next step to increasing your energy, stamina, and overall state of being? Once you"ve determined what areas of your body are weakened or need cleansing, medicinal herbs, vitamins, skin brushing, specific exercises, and good nutrition can be used to bring your body back to optimum health. Annual iris analyses are highly recommended in conjunction with your regular annual physical checkup. Iridology can be used as an annual "physical" to determine your healing process through your eyes. A trained Iridologist will usually use a strong magnifying glass and flashlight to look in your irises and will spend at least one hour explaining the various marking that appear in your irises so you will leave his/her office better informed about the overall condition of your health and what may be causing any symptoms you may be experiencing. We are pleased to now offer several different Iridology training opportunities from Dr. Bernard Jensen, the "father of American Iridology." Please make your selection from this list.
