Q: What is AutoShip?
A: AutoShip is a convenient, no-hassle way of automatically shipping product to yourself or directly to your
NSP customers.
Q: Are there any benefits of using AutoShip?
A: Shipping and handling are FREE as long as you maintain your AutoShip order for three (3) months. NOTE: You
will be charged for shipping and handling until you reach the three (3) month minimum. The shipping and
handling charges from the first three orders will be credited to your account on or before the scheduled time
for the fourth AutoShip order. The 1% discount currently offered on standard Internet orders is not available
on AutoShip orders.
Q: When will my order be processed?
A: All AutoShip orders are processed on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the
order will be processed the next business day.
Q: Are there any specific requirements for an AutoShip order?
A: Yes. AutoShip orders must have a minimum total of 100 QV and be active for at least three (3) months. Also,
you MUST have a verified email address. NOTE: You will be charged for shipping and handling until you reach
the three (3) month minimum. The shipping and handling charges from the first three orders will be credited to
your account on or before the scheduled time for the fourth AutoShip order. The 1% discount currently offered
on standard Internet orders is not available on AutoShip orders.
Q: How do I verify my email address?
A: When you set up your AutoShip account, you will be asked for a valid email address. You will then receive
an email from naturessunshine.com asking you to return to the website and enter in a special code contained in
the email message. Once you enter the code, your email address will be considered verified.
Q: What if my email address changes?
A: Simply verify your new email address.
Q: Once I set up an AutoShip order, can I change the items on the order?
A: Yes. You may edit the items as often as you want as long as the order has a total minimum total of 100 QV.
Note: All changes to your order must be made on or before the 14th of each month. No editing will be allowed
on the 15th.
Q: Can I delete an AutoShip order?
A: Yes, however if the AutoShip order has been active for less than three (3) months, you will not be
reimbursed for shipping and handling charges on all previous shipments. If you decide to join the program at a
later time, you will be required to once again meet the three month minimum.
Q: How can I confirm that my order has been processed?
A: You will be notified via email when the order is processed.
Q: Do I still receive the 1% Internet discount on my AutoShip order?
A: No. Unfortunately, NSP cannot offer both free shipping/handling and the current 1% discount. The discount
will not be given on AutoShip orders.
Q: How many AutoShip orders per account may I have?
A: There is no limit to the number of AutoShip orders per account. However, you must meet the minimum of 100
QV and the three- (3) month requirement for each order.
Q: What if items on my AutoShip order are backordered?
A: You will be notified via email as to which items were backordered. They will be shipped separately when
they become available.
Q: What if my order totals falls below the 100 QV minimum requirement because
items I had on my AutoShip order became discontinued and non-orderable?
A: You will be notified via email if this happens. You will be required to add additional items to your order
to bring the order total above 100 QV. If you fail to edit the order before the last day of the month, the
AutoShip order will be deleted, and you will not be reimbursed for shipping and handling charges unless your
order has been active for at least three (3) months.
Q: What happens if there is a problem with my payment for an AutoShip order?
A: If there is a problem processing your credit card (card is declined or has expired), you will be notified
of the problem via email. It is your responsibility to correct the billing problem, (i.e. credit card number,
expiration date, etc.) before the end of the month. Once the billing information has been changed, we will
immediately try to process the order. If you fail to correct the billing problem before the last day of the
month, the AutoShip order will be deleted, and you will not be reimbursed for shipping and handling charges
unless your order has been active for at least three (3) months.
Q: If I have a question or problem with an AutoShip order, who can I contact?
A: All questions regarding AutoShip are handled directly with Nature's Sunshine home office via email only.
