About the Speakers

Larissa Jones
is a Master Aromatherapist who has studied aromatherapy both in
France and in the United States. Larissa has been teaching
seminars across the United States and Canada for six years. Her
seminar incorporates the latest research on essential oils, and
makes her extensive knowledge useful to all. She is the author of
Aromatherapy for Body, Mind, and Spirit. |

Dr. Jack Ritchason
(N.D., Ph.D.) has been in the health care field since 1963, having
earned his Doctor of Naturopathy in 1979 and a Ph.D. in nutrition,
plus post-doctoral work in Homeopathy. He is a Master Herbalist,
past Dean of the Herbal Institute in Huntington Beach, California,
a charter board member of Iridologists International, a member of
the State Society of Homeopathic Physicians, a Life Member of the
National Health Federation, a Registered Healthologist,
Iridologist, Touch-for-Health Instructor, and is certified as an
Acupuncturist, Reflexologist, Colon Therapist, and in five
different areas of Kinesiology. He testifies frequently before
Congress as an expert witness in the field of natural health. He
is also an NSP Sr. National Manager. |

Dale Lee,
NSP President of US Sales, is affectionately known to most of us
as NSP's Teddy Bear. He joined Nature's Sunshine in 1978, became a
corporate officer in 1989, and was promoted to President of U.S.
Sales in 1997. He was also named as corporate Executive Vice
President in 1999. Dale's contagious excitement and true
enthusiasm for all that NSP stands for is overshadowed only by his
true affection for the NSP family of Independent Distributors. |

Dr. Susan Gingerich
(Ph.D.) Affectionately know as "The Herb Lady," Susan works
part-time as a consultant, helping individuals build health
through dietary and lifestyle changes, as well as through herbs
and homeopathics. She also teaches culinary and medicinal uses of
herbs. Her goal is to educate, inspire, and assist others in the
healing process. Her unique style of teaching and knowledge of
herbs makes for an enriching classroom experience. Susan received
her Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education from Ohio State University.
She has taught everything from kindergarten to graduate-level
courses in child development and classroom management. Susan
enjoys acting, teaching, and spending time with her family. |

Ray Lambert
is currently Manager of Training and Development in NSP's Training
Department. He is responsible for NSP's Leadership Development
Program and has recently been assigned as the Corporate Regional
sponsor for the Northeast US Region, which includes Ohio and
Pennsylvania. He is known particularly for his Cajun Colon Cleanse
performance which will delight the attendees at the conference. |

Dr.
Jonas Yoder (N.D., M.H., C.N.H.P.), the
sponsor and organizer of the conference, has been involved in
teaching natural health and proper lifestyle for more than 20
years. He is a Master Herbalist, Certified Natural Health
Professional, and Iridologist, and holds Naturopathic Doctor
degrees from both Clayton University and Trinity School of Natural
Health. He is also a NSP Sr. National Manager and our dedicated
mentor. |
