Process Order, Step 2:
Payment Information

1. After you have verified your purchase information and
your billing and shipping information, scroll down to the "Credit Card
Information" section of the page.
2. Click the "Card Type" drop-down box and select Visa,
MasterCard, or Discover (either credit, debit, or ATM cards are OK as long
as they say Visa, MasterCard, or Discover on the card).
3. Enter your card number. If you make an error entering
the card, no matter what kind of error you make, you will get an error
that says "Invalid Card Format" -- sorry, we don't know why the software
people chose that confusing message, and we can't change it to something
that makes more sense.
4. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your
bank card.
5. In the "Expiration Date" enter two digits for the
"Month" and two digits for the "Year."
6. Click the "Checkout" button to send us your order.
[Please be patient. Depending on network conditions on the Internet, it
may take from a few seconds to a few minutes for your order to be
finalized.]
7. When your final order confirmation appears, click the
"Print" button on your browser or use the "File - Print" function from
your browser menu to print out your confirmation. If you need to contact
us about your order, it will help us if you can also provide your order
number and the date you placed the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the
policies of our suppliers. All products that we have in stock are shipped
within one business day after receipt of your order. If we do not have the
item in stock, we place the order with our warehouse within one business
day after receipt of your payment by our bank.
Products that we have to have shipped
from our warehouse are as follows: Most Nature's Sunshine and Pure Herbs
products are normally shipped from our warehouse within two business days
after receipt of your payment by our bank, and you should expect to
receive them in four to six business days after they are shipped,
sometimes sooner. Iridology products should arrive within ten business
days.
