1. If you have ordered from our website before,

a. Enter your email address and the password you selected when you completed your last order.

b. Click the "Login" button. The form will be filled in with the customer information that you entered with your last order.

2. Enter or verify your "Billing Information" and "Shipping Information." Be sure to provide all information, or we will not be able to process your order.

3. Use the "Special Instructions" for any additional information you would like to provide. For example, if you live on a Rural Route you might need to provide additional delivery instructions. You can also use this area to ask us about any health concerns or other product information you may have questions about.

4. Click the "Continue Checkout" button to proceed to the Payment Information area.
